bayeux tapestry

The Bayeux Tapestry is actually an embroidery, commissioned by Bishop Odo. It tells the story of the events leading up to and including the Battle of Hastings on October 14, 1066: the Invasion of England by William the Conquerer. It is roughly 20 inches tall and 230 feet long. We offer many fine reproductions of several scenes.

"My wife and I just wanted to thank you for the beautiful tapestry and for your superb service. We were so surprised to receive the tapestry in just 2-1/2 days from ordering. How can one ask for better service than that! But the service is second only to the beauty of the tapestry. Its quality and beauty surpassed our expectations and it now hangs in our new bedroom over our bed were we can enjoy it all the time. Thank you for your fine service and for the large selection of tapestries to select from. We certainly will recommend you to anyone wanting a fine tapestry."
