The Charging Chasseur
The Charging Chasseur (Cavalier De La Garde Imperiale) is a first major work of Théodore Géricault (1791-1824). It exhibited at the Paris Salon of 1812, revealed the influence of the style of Rubens and an interest in the depiction of contemporary subject matter.
The tapestry is fully lined with a strong cotton fabric. There is a rod pocket provided on the top.
