Shipping & Returns
Shipping Shipping is
usually done through bpost. The costs are calculated based on
the total weight of your order and the destination. Those charges
will be automatically added to your total when checking out.
In order to give you a good and competitive service we will take a
significant part of the actual shipping cost at our
expense.
We will e-mail you the tracking number of the waybill. You can
track your shipping with this tracking number. Surf
to www.bpost.be/track and
follow the instructions. The shipping is always insured.
Returns For returns due
to an error on our part (damage, wrong item, …), our carrier will
pick up the return, at our expense. An exchange will be done,
without additional shipping charges. If the product is no longer
available, a full refund will be done!
For other returns, when you are not satisfied with the products you
received, you may return any item within 30 days of delivery. The
cost of shipping back is at your expense. We recommend that you
send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for
lost returns. We do not accept COD. No (physical) store credits
allowed. We always make a credit with your credit card.
Please note following restrictions and rules:
a. We do not accept any returns of cut yardages!
b. From our fabrics we can make custom-made cushion covers or
throws, however if a certain request is so specific, we cannot
accept a return for this. This will be notified before the
production!
c. No returns will be accepted for products on clearance sale!
d. If you wish to return goods, click
here and follow the instructions. After receiving and accepting
your request, we will issue a return authorization form, which we
will send by e-mail. Please do not return packages without a return
authorization from us! Any shipment returned to us without a Return
Authorization Number on the front of the Package Label will be
refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
