"I bought a tapestry in the end of sept. 2013. In a week the package was sent, but it was bad managed by my local delivery company (Poste Italiane) and returned back to Mille Fleurs.
The customer service of Mille Fleurs was very kind by keeping informed me of the package status and the procedure to follow in order to get the package. I had not to do anything as they took care of a new delivery with an international courier (more reliable) without any additional cost. After some time I received the intended tapestry.
