I stopped by Mille Fleur's Tapestries during a visit to Brugge as I'd been looking on their website off and on for a number of years. I had a fascinating conversation with Filip and Christel about Flanders history, current affairs in Belgium, culture, art and of course tapestries. They sell exceptionally high quality textiles. I purchased the tapestry depicting Jean de Dallion in armour on horseback in a field of wildflowers. It arrived yesterday and went on my wall that evening. It is dazzling. Even better than I thought it would be. I am so happy with it. Worth every penny. Thank you Filip and Christel. Highly recommended.
De retour au Québec, au Canada, je regrettais de n'avoir pas bonifié mon achat. Aucun problème car j'ai pu régler cela avec la boutique en ligne. J'ai bénéficié d'un service de commande et d'expédition sans faille. J'ai eu presque une aussi belle expérience qu'en boutique. De plus, expédié chez moi. Les meubles de ma grand mère sont maintenant ornés d'une tapisserie authentique. Cela me remplit d'une grande fierté car mon grand père a été déployé dans la région au cours de la première guerre. Merci Mille fleurs.
Fabulous cushion covers,good quality and look much better in the flesh than the website pictures. I have inserted slightly oversized duck feather inners which will keep the cushions plump over time. Thankyou so much to all involved with the manfacture and supply. Kindest regards. John.
