Prima service en heel mooie kwaliteit. Weer een prachtig wandkleed besteld bij Mille Fleurs. Ons wandtapijt bleek helaas niet meer geleverd te zijn door de weverij. Mille Fleurs stelde een mooie coulanceregeling voor om een ander tapijt te bestellen. Later werden we gebeld met de mededeling dat de weverij toch nog een exemplaar had liggen. Konden we tijdig nog onze bestelling omzetten. Ook nu weer een mooie regeling aangeboden ter compensatie van de 'teleurstelling'. Het tapijt was nog mooier dan gedacht en van uitstekende kwaliteit.
Mille Fleurs addressed my concerns about the tapestry arriving folded and assured me that any wrinkles are easy to iron out. The tapestry arrived within two weeks of my order and was carefully packed. I am looking forward to hanging it on the wall.
Wonderful products. I bought two 18'x18' pillows from Millefleures. They arrived from Bruges to Chicago in 5 days. Highly recommended!
The most beautiful tapestries I've ever seen, purchase several pillow cases and a large throw. The ladies in the store are absolutely precious and so very kind, mailed our selections back to the USA with no problem so that we didn't have to carry our items while traveling around Belgium. Once home we received our selections on time and was so excited - as the quality is superb.
