I had great customer service at Mille Fleurs. The tapestry was shipped and got to my home intact and in great shape. It just needed some ironing. It is now up on a wall and is as beautiful as I thought it would be. It is one of those-no regrets purchases.

I bought several bellpulls and I am very happy with them, firstly the bellpull designs of Milleufleur are unique, classical and modern at the same time compared with more floral/traditional ones of other companies and you dont find them anywhere else. I checked at least 6 other companies. Also they arrived packed very carefully in double bags which is very thoughtful. They are very good quality tapestries. I am very happy with my purchase. The tapestry arrived very quickly, and is just as it appeared on your website. Very nice quality! I was glad to have found your online store, as I had been looking for this exact design since I saw this while on a trip to Bruges several years ago, and had forgotten to purchase it at the time.
