Tapestry cushions Bayeux tapestry
The Bayeux Tapestry is actually an embroidery, commissioned by Bishop Odo. It tells the story of the events leading up to and including the Battle of Hastings on October 14, 1066: the Invasion of England by William the Conquerer. It is roughly 20 inches tall and 230 feet long. We offer many fine reproductions of several scenes.
