Shipping

We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.

All orders are shipped via Bpost or a courier service such as UPS, DHL or FedEx, always with a tracking code so you can follow your shipment online. Every parcel is automatically insured against loss or damage during transport. In case of any issue, we will contact the carrier to open an investigation or insurance claim.

If a shipment appears not to have been delivered or shows no further progress in tracking, we kindly ask you to inform us within 21 calendar days after the last tracking update. After this period, it is no longer possible to file a claim or insurance request, and we cannot guarantee any refund or replacement.
