How to clean a tapestry
From time to time, you can shake out the dust or vacuum clean your tapestry. It is recommended to clean your tapestry every four year when it is subject to smoke. For all Jacquard woven fabrics, or finished products made out of those fabrics, we recommend dry cleaning. However, we have a lot of experience; we have found out that washing by hand with a product such as Woolite, is giving very good results without harming the fabric. Never wash any tapestry product in a washing machine. The washed fabric or product should be hung to dry; never use a dryer! Occasional use of Scotch Guard is also recommended. This protects the fabric more.
